The work of the Patient Safety Learning Laboratory (PSLL) would not be possible without the efforts our clinician contributors. They have supported our work in several ways, including:
• Conducting chart reviews to identify diagnostic and therapeutic errors, and post-discharge adverse events
• Being a champion for our digital tools, such as the Patient Safety Dashboard
• Participating in clinician working groups to provide feedback about new interventions
• Publishing manuscripts in academic journals
