The Patient Safety Learning Laboratory (PSLL) is a multidisciplinary research group at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts which seeks to reduce preventable harm in the inpatient hospital and post-discharge by designing reliable systems for high quality and safety.
